Case StudIEs

NZ Bakels  |  Digital Campaign 

For NZ Bakels, we developed and produced a two-part web commercial series built around a narrative exploring a father and daughter reconnecting through baking.

The story unfolded across two episodes, allowing the emotional arc to develop while clearly positioning the product within meaningful moments.

The production combined professional performers with client-supplied talent — requiring careful direction to ensure performances felt natural, cohesive, and emotionally credible on screen.

Production required coordinated crew, lighting, art direction, sound, and detailed location management to deliver a cohesive, cinematic result. From casting and set design through to on-set direction and post-production, we managed the project end-to-end to ensure the creative ambition translated confidently to screen.

The result was a commercially effective series that elevated brand perception while delivering a clear and memorable message.

AgriHealth  | Farmer Tips

With AgriHealth, we have produced multiple in-depth video series designed to equip New Zealand dairy farmers and support veterinary professionals — AgriHealth’s direct customers.

Each series focuses on key areas of dairy farming, including Mastitis, Lameness, and Calving.

The content combines internal and external veterinary expertise with interviews and practical insight from farmers on-farm. It balances authority with accessibility — translating specialist knowledge into structured, practical content that delivers genuine value.

Rather than one-off pieces, this has become an ongoing content programme requiring consistency across series, clarity of message, and repeatable production standards.

The result is a body of work that strengthens AgriHealth’s position as a trusted industry partner while equipping both vets and farmers with credible, actionable guidance.

NRA  |  Animated NRT Education Series

We developed a four-part animated series for the Northern Regional Alliance to support smoking cessation using Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).

Working closely with their team, we created an original character called “Peanut” — a figure whose colour shifts with emotion, helping viewers understand the physical and emotional impact of nicotine withdrawal.

As the series progresses, Peanut visually demonstrates how NRT supports the body through withdrawal, making complex physiological concepts easier to understand.

The animation balanced clarity with character-driven storytelling, allowing sensitive health information to be delivered in a way that felt accessible and relatable.

This project demonstrates how thoughtful concept development and animation can support behaviour change in a clear and engaging way.

GILMOURS  | Foodnerd

Gilmours created Foodnerd — a customer cooking competition designed to bring foodservice clients and suppliers together in a collaborative, high-energy environment, hosted by renowned Auckland chef Peter Gordon.

The event gave customers the opportunity to meet suppliers, explore products, and compete in a fun cook-off format led by a respected industry figure. Our role was to capture the energy of the competition and shape it into commercially useful content.

We filmed the event, capturing the intensity of the cook-off, supplier interactions, and the personality of the participants. In post-production, we created multiple versions of the content:

  • A longer highlight film incorporating interviews with suppliers and contextual storytelling.

  • Shorter edits designed for digital and social distribution.

The result was more than an event recap. The films strengthened supplier relationships, gave Gilmours valuable shareable content, and extended the life of the event well beyond the day itself.
